He's worked with athletes at all levels from multiple British champions to amateurs at the start of their weight loss and fitness journeys. His approach focuses as much on mindset and achievement as it does on training and nutrition protocol, blending the two for a bespoke programme that treats each athlete as an individual and puts them in the driving seat to achieve their goals. 

Having continually researched and refined his own nutrition, he began using 33 products to fuel his serious road cycling habit and discovered a big upgrade, both in how he thought about nutrition, how he enjoyed it and the results he experienced.
