How to use
We said these gels pack a BIG surprise for new users and here it is: all Chia Energy Gels are supplied dry and you prepare them before use.

This is easy and quick and as all Chia Energy Gels last for 24 hours once prepared you can prepare them before your sport and then use like any other energy gel.

• Open the cap & inflate the pack by blowing into it,
• Add water until pack is full 
• Close, shake well to blend the natural energy gel
• Leave for 10 minutes as the chia naturally forms a hydrogel
• Your Chia Energy Gel is now ready - enjoy!

When to use
Use Chia Energy Gels during sport or training to keep energy levels strong throughout. Consume one gel every 45-60 minutes during exercise
