• Scope: These General Terms apply to all 33Fuel giveaways unless a specific giveaway page/post states otherwise. Any specific rules (dates, entry steps, prize details, limits) published with a giveaway supplement and prevailover these terms if there’s a conflict.
• Sponsor: 33FUEL - contact@33fuel.com
• Eligibility: UK residents 18+. Void where prohibited.
• How to enter: As stated in the giveaway announcement. 
• Prizes: Provided by 33Fuel and may include 33Fuel products and running/fitness gear from leading brands. Brands mentioned (e.g., Nike, Adidas) are not sponsors or affiliates. Prizes are non-transferable; 33Fuel may substitute with items of equal or greater value.
• Winner selection & contact: Unless otherwise stated, winners are chosen at random from eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via DM or email using details from the entry method and must respond within the timeframe stated in the giveaway announcement; otherwise an alternate winner may be selected.
• Data: We use your details only to administer giveaways and notify winners. UK GDPR rights apply. See our Privacy Policy
• Platforms: Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or any other platform.
• General: 33Fuel may cancel, suspend, or modify a giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or factors beyond our control occur. Our decisions are final.
• Law: Governed by the laws of England & Wales; courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
