How to prepare
- Add six level tablespoons to water, milk or your favourite milk substitute
- Alternatively add it to your favourite smoothie, porridge or cereal

Great protein powder minus the junk!

I've used this protein powder after strength training or hard interval sessions and I found it did help to speed up my recovery. It tastes okay when mixed with water but delicious with milk or a milk substitute. It is very think though so I recommend using either more liquid or less protein powder.

In training I used the recovery protein shakes mixed with the greens straight after workouts to recover quicker.

best tasting supplement and by some margin I might say, no face pulling or gagging. Good dose of protein too – as you’d expect, really easy on the tummy, big hit with me.
