This simple yet nutritious smoothie recipe is courtesy of Tiffany Afflick (@TheCookingYam). If you’re tight on time or in need of a health kick, this nutrient-dense super greens smoothie will flood your body with the vitamins and minerals needed for health and immunity


  • 1 whole kiwi – peeled and chopped
  • A splash of apple juice
  • A handful of ice cubes
  • 1 tbsp daily greens (or use handful of fresh spinach)
  • 1/2 cup cold water


This one’s simple:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
