- 1 whole kiwi – peeled and chopped
- A splash of apple juice
- A handful of ice cubes
- 1 tbsp daily greens (or use handful of fresh spinach)
- 1/2 cup cold water
This one’s simple:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
