    Rocket Fuel carb drink is natural, UPF-free fuel for your sport and training. Ideal for cycling, running and triathlon, it's also a great option for more intense gym workouts. 

    How to use

    • Add 1-2 servings (one serving = 3 heaped tablespoons) to 500-750ml of water in a bottle and shake well. This delivers 25g-50g carbs per bottle and for normal use this is usually ideal. For more intense efforts, simply increase to 3-4 servings for 75g-100g carbs per bottle

    When to use

    • During exercise drink one bottle of Better Fuel every 45-60 minutes

    So far so good

    Have been using on my longer swims , trying to find something that doesn’t upset my stomach like other energy drinks. I don’t love the flavour but am willing to put up with that as so far not stomach cramps, and good energy !

    Been using 33fuel for a while. Avoids the extreme sugars of other brands and have always had a calm stomach on long endurance rides unlike when using other stuff. Give it a go.
